In order to provide that kind of operation, GREGORYS S.A. has implemented a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 22301.

The operation of the BCMS offers many benefits to the business, such as:

- Maintaining and enhancing shareholder value
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

The Business Continuity Policy of GREGORYS S.A. is available both in printed and electronic form and has been communicated within the organization. It can also be shared with interested parties, and this statement is hosted on the company's website.

The commitment to implementing the requirements of the business continuity system is demonstrated through the Business Continuity Policy and the provision of appropriate resources for the establishment and development of the Business Continuity Management System.

The Executive Management ensures that a systematic review of the performance of the BCMS is conducted to ensure, A. the success of the business continuity system's objectives and, B. the identification of related issues through the internal audit program.

The management of risks and opportunities is carried out at various levels within the BCMS, as follows:

- Business continuity management planning – risks related to achieving objectives
- Business continuity risk assessments
- Risk evaluation of changes as part of the business change management process
- The Management Team encourages executives, employees, and partners to contribute to achieving the company’s business continuity goals.
