How can I start the application process to acquire my own Gregory's store?

Do I need previous experience in the food industry to become a Gregory's franchisee?

Previous experience in the food industry is desirable but not mandatory. The experienced Gregory's team can provide all the necessary training even if you don't have prior experience in the industry.

Is training provided to prospective franchisees? How long does it last?

We offer a comprehensive 30-day training program free of charge. The training process is a prerequisite for all franchisee partners to ensure they are fully equipped to manage their own store.

What support is provided beyond the initial training?

Each franchisee partner has a personal operations consultant who supports and guides them on a daily basis for the proper operation and growth of their store.

Is it possible to own more than one Gregory's store?

Absolutely. At Gregory's, many of our franchisee partners own multiple stores as our philosophy is to reward exceptional operators and encourage ambitious partners.

Who chooses the location for a new store?

The prospective franchisee selects their preferred area of operation. Then, in collaboration with our experienced Real Estate team, the exact location of the store is determined.

I have an ideal property or a store location. Will Gregory's develop it for me and grant me a franchise?

The location selection process is separate from the franchisee selection process. If you have your own property or wish to convert your existing food establishment into a Gregory's store, please get in touch with us.

Should the store construction be done by your recommended contractors, or can I use my own?

At Gregory's, our specialized architects and engineers design the store layout. Our stores are designed to create an exceptional customer experience while ensuring profitability for our franchisees. As for the construction, it can be done by either our approved contractors or ones you recommend.

What is the amount of money I need to invest to open the store?

The required amount for a 50 sq.m Gregory's store in Athens is approximately 100,000 euros. This includes the costs for construction and equipment purchase.

Besides this amount, are there any other financial obligations to the company?

There are entry fees of 15,000€, an architectural study costing 5,000€, and royalties of 5% on net sales.

You are asking for royalties, so what do you offer me after I open the store?

We offer an extensive know-how and guidance from since the first day of the partnership. We assist you with choosing the right location, setting up the store, training the staff, and the daily operation of your store. Additionally, we offer:

  • The right to use a very strong brand name with high recognition, attracting customers from the first day of operation.
  • An extensive product range that offers increased daily receipts and profitability.

How will I train the staff?

Gregory's offers a comprehensive "lifelong" training program that includes:

How do you select the locations you recommend for a store?

A specialized real estate team choose the the location for opening a new Gregory's store based on criteria such as foot traffic, presence of competition, ease of access, potential for seating area development, and parking availability.
