In Gregory's the story of our first pie begins in 1972
 
Then when you said a handmade pie, you meant Gregory's spinach pie.

Every morning at the Rentis Market, the van was filled with fresh spinach, onions and dill. After that, all the products were cleaning, cutting & washing. And most importantly: the opening of the tradiotional dough filo.
Five or six people all made the dough, opened it with a craft and an experienced hand. Then, the stuffing was being prepared: herbs, cheeses and pure oil became one.

 
The baking trays were empty as they came out of the oven.
 
The recipe?
Grandmother Artemis! The grandmother of the entire family of Grigory's!

Grigoris up to this day insists on freshly tasting his delicious pies with a handmade sheet.
 
With the same passion, like then, Grigoris continues to offer his friends the classic favorite spinach & feta cheese pie, but also new authentic pies, with pure ingredients and a crisp handmade sheet.
 
Handmade Chicken Pie with tradiotional dough filo, filled of chicken fillet, besamel, red & green pepper, & three different cheeses for something more. Delicious and delicious
 
Pumpkin pie with cheese, filled with green pumpkins combined with feta cheese and fresh mizithra for a more pepper filling, and onion, dill & oregano for extra scent.
 
Handmade pie with feta cheese and olives, fresh mizithra, red & green pepper, tomato, garlic, parsley & oregano that exchange flavors and flavors. A pie full of flavors, tradition, delicacy and Greece. 

New Gregory;s handmade pies today continue to fill us with Greek tradition. They are available every day after 10:00 in the morning, freshly baked and crisp for our lunch and not only.
